Terms and Conditions
All goods sold by Our Company (“we”, “us”, “the company”) are sold under these conditions unless otherwise clearly stated in writing under a separate contract. These conditions will apply to the exclusion of any terms or conditions (“T&C”, “terms”) put forward by the customer. No conduct by the company will be deemed to constitute the acceptance of any terms and conditions other than these conditions.
Shipping, Contact, Billing and Payment Information
Please review your shipping, contact, billing and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank.
We do not sell or ship any item(s) ordered to anyone we know to be under the age of 18. We will not collect and personally identifiable information (e.g. name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), also referred to herein as “personal information”, about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If for any reason, you dispute any transaction made on the website, your account may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to item(s) you purchase on the website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except as provided under “Returns & Exchanges” below, you will not dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card or method of payment you used to purchase item(s) on the website. Should you do so, your order(s) may be cancelled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honour pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name(s) the credit accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing item(s) on the website.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Item(s) deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Item(s) being returned must be in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Service. As long as your order has not been dispatched we will issue a full refund to your original payment card. We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Damaged goods
If you receive a damaged parcel, short order or defective goods, please contact Customer Service immediately and keep all the damaged item(s) with original packaging.
Refund
Once we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card in 7- 14 working days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact Customer Service.
Delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. We will use reasonable endeavours to delivery on agreed dates based on information available at time of quoting. We accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from delays to delivery.
Ownership of goods
Goods remain the property of Our Company until paid for in full. Risk passes on delivery of the goods. We may sue for the price of the goods notwithstanding that ownership has not passed
Force majeure
The company shall not be responsible for any loss to the customer resulting from delivery being affected by war, strikes, fire, changes of government policy, act of God or other circumstances beyond its control.
Consequential loss
In no event will the company be under any liability whatever to the customer for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss and/or expense (whatever the cause, including negligence) suffered by the customer.
Insolvency of customer
If the customer fails to make payment when due or makes any arrangements with its creditors, becomes bankrupt or goes into liquidation (or the company reasonably apprehends that any of these events is about to occur) we may in our absolute discretion suspend all further deliveries of goods and/or terminate the contract, without liability on our part.
